The Floor-Art Finca Oak Antique, oiled finish, is a high-quality engineered parquet floor from our Floor-Art Finca Collection.
The Finca Collection showcases the remarkable diversity of wood aesthetics. The collection ranges from light brown shades to rich, dark tones, ensuring that no two floors look exactly alike. One feature they all share, however, is that the entire collection consists exclusively of oak wide plank flooring.

If you choose the Finca Oak Antique design, you are selecting a soft yet expressive brown tone. The knot holes stand out with their noticeably darker coloration, creating attractive visual accents without dominating the overall appearance of the floor.

Oak Wide Planks for Efficient Installation

The entire Finca Collection features planks ranging from 1.20 m to 2.40 m in length and 19 cm in width. All planks must be fully glued down, but thanks to their practical dimensions and the integrated tongue-and-groove joint system, installation remains comparatively straightforward.
This engineered oak parquet flooring is also suitable for installation over underfloor heating systems.

3-Layer Engineered Parquet with Premium Protection

Thanks to the surface treatment with Polyx Hardwax Oil and a protective topcoat, the wood receives optimum protection.
The lifespan of any floor naturally depends on its level of use and wear. These oak wide planks feature a 3-layer engineered parquet construction. The total thickness is 15 mm, including a 4 mm wear layer. As a result, sanding after many years of use is not generally ruled out and should be assessed on an individual basis. Regular maintenance of the oak wide planks will help extend their service life. Local and Sustainable

The oak used to manufacture this engineered parquet flooring originates from the EU. The timber is processed in nearby sawmills, while the resulting sawdust is utilized by other industries to ensure that no wood resources go to waste.
